The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Valentina, in particular, was a standout; she made us feel incredibly welcomed, almost like family. The facilities impressed us, especially our room with a Jacuzzi and a charming balcony, perfect for evenings of relaxation. We also loved the family-friendly activities available. My children enjoyed nearby horse riding and even some gentle rock climbing, which was thrilling for them. Between those adventures, we indulged in some fantastic meals at their Drop restaurant. The Fire & Flames pizza was a hit—definitely one of the best we’ve ever tasted! we did notice the absence of a pool and spa facilities, which would have added another layer of relaxation to our stay. But overall, Bianca Relais was a great spot for families seeking a blend of comfort and new experiences. The emphasis on quality service and family engagement truly made our vacation special.
